This policy explains how information is handled when you use cutetools.app, including data stored on your device, information needed to deliver the service and the choices available to you.

Information used by our tools
Tool inputs and results are processed in your browser. CuteTools does not send names, winners, bill details, QR code content, search terms, or income, debt and investment amounts entered into tools to a website server or usage analytics.
Financial tools do not persist your inputs or results in browser storage. If you choose to copy, download or share information yourself, that information is handled by the device or destination service you select.
Information stored on your device
The Wheel saves names, settings, result history and no-repeat state in your browser so you can return to your work. You can save up to 20 separate wheels, delete individual wheels or clear all local Wheel data from the Wheel page. This information is not synced across devices and may be lost when you clear site data in your browser.
The website may save your language preference on your device. Thai and English share the same Wheel data when used in the same browser on the same website.
If you transfer names from the Wheel to Random Group, the transfer stays temporarily in your browser session. It is not included in the URL or uploaded. It expires within 15 minutes and is removed when Random Group reads it. Random Group does not persist names or results.
Technical information and website providers
We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect the website. The provider may process IP addresses, browser and device information, page requests and connection performance data to deliver content, monitor service operation and prevent misuse. This is separate from the information entered into our tools.
Provider processing is subject to that provider’s policies and terms and may take place in other countries.
Cookies and usage analytics
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after you accept usage analytics. We use statistics such as tool type, language and selected actions to improve the website. Application analytics events do not include your tool inputs or personal results.
The website uses CookieConsent to remember your choice in the cutetools_consent_v1 cookie for 180 days. Consent records are not sent to an external CookieConsent service. Rejecting analytics does not restrict access to any tool.
You can change your preferences or withdraw consent through Privacy settings in the website footer. After withdrawal, the website stops analytics and clears the Google Analytics cookies it can access without deleting your saved wheels. Withdrawal does not erase information Google received earlier.
When you accept, Google may process cookies, device and network information, including in other countries. External service retention periods depend on the service settings and policies.
Contact information and retention
When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to consider your question, investigate an issue and respond. Email providers may process this information to deliver and secure messages.
We use and retain contact information as needed to handle the request, follow up on related issues and meet legal obligations. You may contact us to ask about or request deletion of this information. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal requirements or resolve a dispute.
Advertising
CuteTools does not currently display Google-served ads or load an advertising integration. Accepting Google Analytics does not give consent to use information for advertising.
Before introducing advertising, we will update this policy to explain the providers, technologies and choices involved and put the relevant consent process in place.
Your rights and choices
You can manage cookies and site data through your browser, delete Wheel data from the Wheel page and change your analytics preferences without an account. Blocking storage may prevent the website from remembering settings or history.
For personal information we hold, you may contact us to request access, correction, deletion or exercise other rights available under applicable law. We may request the information necessary to verify your request and prevent disclosure to another person. We cannot remotely retrieve or delete Wheel data that exists only on your device.
