Little helpers for test data

Base64 encoder / decoder

Encode or decode UTF-8 text, including Thai and emoji, with standard Base64 or Base64URL. Process text locally.

Set up your test data

UTF-8 text only, up to 1 MiB of input. Base64 is an encoding, not encryption. Decoding accepts ASCII spaces and line breaks.

Processing stays in this browser. Inputs and results are not saved or sent to analytics.

How to use

01

Set up your input

Choose Encode or Decode and the standard or URL format, enter text, then convert. Base64 is not encryption.

02

Review and adjust

Use the main button to see the result. Adjust your input and run it again. Processing stays in this browser.

03

Use the result

Copy the result into your test system. Where download buttons are shown, files are created from the current result in your browser. Inputs and outputs are not saved or uploaded.

Try these examples

Test input handling

Encode Thai text and emoji, then decode it to check UTF-8 handling.

Test presentation and integration

Use Base64URL when you need - and _ in place of + and /. Only UTF-8 text is supported, not arbitrary binary files.
